Wipers run on low speed on low and high speed. Took to Dealer cost $155 for 2 hrs labor that they said they could not find the problem and would cost lots more to find. They did say all of their test showed everything was ok on voltage and body control module. I asked if it all checked out why didn't they plug into a new wiper motor and see if it would work. Their answer was if that didn't fix it their own parts dept. would not put it back in stock (BULL). They said they could not guess at it and just try the parts. I told them to put a new wiper motor on it and I would take the responsibility if it did not fix it. Went to pick up car and bill was $320. I said did it fix it and they said "it did not" and never offered any suggestions.

Now I've spent $475 and the wipers still won't run high on high speed. Poor service at BOB CLYSE in Ironton. If they didn't have an electrician qualified, they should at least contacted GM or ask around at other GM Dealers for suggestions instead of letting my wife drive in hard rain with the wiper speed only running on low speed. Just for the info the wiper still work good on delay also.

I own 2013 Chevrolet Silverado also. Maybe I should go to another brand if I can't get any better service or appreciation that this from GM. Glockner is supposed to buy or take over Bob Clyse. Maybe it will improve.
