right from new this vehicle has been embarrassing to take anyone for a ride in this supposedly upscale vehicle in the cold. At -20 or so the suspension is so weak(even with the back seats empty)it bottoms out in any dip! i have talked to other enclave owners and they have similar complaints. Our last vehicle was a chevy equinox....same disease, figured if we upgraded to buick maybe they would have superior components same JUNK! can tell you if nothing done next vehicle will not be a general motors
