I was driving home after dark and my lights went off. I fiddled with the switch, moving it from auto to manual and the lights would come on again for about a minute and then go off again. Both the high and low beams were affected, as well as the internal lights in the vehicle. I would start again, but then have to pull over because the lights went out again in roughly a minute.
I had another vehicle lead me home (my tail lights were working), but it could have resulted in a crash if I had been on an interstate or somewhere I couldn't get help. I have the vehicle in for repair at the moment. If it is an isolated incident, I realize that mechanical/electrical components fail, but if this is a frequent issue, then a collective voice should be heard by Buick. Thank you.
