1/8/2020 - Car did not start. I called towing company to tow car to dealer. Dealer stated it needed a new battery. They stated they replaced it.
2/12/2020 - The car didn't start again. Dealer stated it was the control arm and fixed it per them.
5/2020 - Car did not start again. Again dealer stated it started for them and was unsure why I was having the problem.
10/18/2020 - Car didn't start again. I had it jumpstarted and dropped off to dealer. Dealer contacted me stating it started right up but would not turn off and noticed water on floor inside. Also stated that debris was built up by the sunroof drainage, and may have shorted out the fuse box - they cleaned it up and returned it to me.
10/23/2020 - The car didn't start again. Dealer contacted me stating it was the fuse block corroded and not under warranty. Dealer stated it would cost me 200-400 dollars and could not guarantee that would fix the problem. When I stated that it has been an issue from the beginning, he stuck with the not under warranty phrase and then offered to sell me a 2017 Buick Enclave. Each time the car did not start, the check engine light came on and each time dealer had the car (up to days even) not once was I offered a loaner vehicle to drive. I suggested to them that I submit for the lemon law and they laughed at me and again offered the same 2017 Buick Enclave. Now, researching this awful vehicle I found that the car they were trying to sell me also is under the lawsuit. I am sure the dealer is aware of this lawsuit, as General Motors is extremely aware. I have had to trade in the vehicle at a lesser value with another Dealership (Ford) just to have reliable transportation.
Purchased 2016 Buick Enclave on 11/22/2019.
