Enclave 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 32,000 miles

May 2016 Buick Enclave stopped moving and would not go in reverse. It was in Wiesner Buick in Huntsville Texas for 2 weeks and they could not seem to find the core of the problem. We had it towed to Wiesner Buick in Conroe Texas where it has been for one week and they keep saying they are ordering parts. Basically just replacing things they think may be wrong but they really don't know what is wrong with the car.

Three weeks to figure out what is wrong with a transmission is just absurd! Why not just replace the entire transmission and give me my car back. I can't wait to get it repaired to trade it off!
