My headlights started pulsing dull and bright which really created a problem driving in the mountains at night or on dark roads. I reported the problem and they could not "recreate" it and so didn't know what to do. This went on for almost 2 years, I took my vehicle in multiple time and they would look at it and say the same thing. I took videos of it, the headlights dimming on their own and the RPMs going up and down. They still didn't figure it out. I took it again and showed the video again and got a little testy, they finally torn the vehicle apart and determined that the battery was damaged and that was causing the problem. On approximately 3/10/18 they replaced the battery. This is the second battery for this vehicle. Next complaint will explain the problem.
