The a/c and heater should not be broken this soon in the car. My husband has a 2015 regal and no issues. But we both purchased 2012 and 2013 Veranos. The issues were so great that we traded them both in. I will not buy another Buick again.

First of all.. I called the Buick dealership for an appointment and when I arrived on my appointment date they told me I didn't have an appointment?!?! Second, I waited over 75 minutes so they can tell me it's going to take a few hours to look at my car and run diagnostic with a charge of $110. After leaving the car overnight I never received a courtesy call that my suv had been serviced until I called.. I took half the day off from work and when I arrived to the dealer they tell me it's going to cost about $1000 plus tax to repair my A/C!!!!! Are you kidding????? It's a 2015 Buick Encore with 59K miles!!!!

What a coincidence, right after/around warranty expiration, the problems come rushing one after the other. I have to admit - good looks but stupid engineering, it seems. Coolant starts leaking, Radiator fan stops working, Engine oil starts leaking from all possible places,
AC stops working, and to top all that, the check engine makes a dashing entry.
Shows the carelessness in engineering this product. Never believed it when they said buy Japanese and never an American brand. Costly lesson. Afraid to go to a shop to fix issues as all over world the honest repair shops are way too many and I fear not being financially taken advantage of.
Worst purchase ever of my life. Falling short of words to praise this car & GM products.
