On/29/2018 I had my oil and filter changed for the 1st time since I purchased the vehicle. It wasn't noticed at the time that my vehicle was return to me,that the front panel on the drivers side was popped out.No visible scratch or dents (PUZZLED).When this was noticed I was in the parking lot of Giant supermarket..
Out of curiosity I return to Wilkens Buick Dealership about the above 2wks.later. They referred me there CW collision shop that they refer all of there customers too(10/24/2018). The men evaluated the vehicle (they were puzzled too). They looked under the vehicle and suggest the damage was under the vehicle ,which cause the panel to pop. They suggest I take the vehicle back to the dealership. I return to the dealership on that same day and asked for the supervisor of the service dept..
I was ask to bring the vehicle in.On Thur.(10/25/2018) the vehicle was put on a lift and show my husband and I that there wasn't any damage under this vehicle. It was suggest that I contact my insurance adjuster. The oil change was the only work I've had done to my vehicle. My opinion is the damage happen in the service dept. with that oil change or this is "FACTORY DEFECT." This should still be covered under warranty.
