Took delivery in mid-May 2019 from Art Moran in Taylor, MI. The car pulled sharply to the right when driving it back home to Chicago. Their Service Manager, Jim Williams, told me to "let the car settle," like it had a foundation. Then, after keeping it for a day, returned it to me saying it was fixed; it was worse. He "repaired" it a second time, which made it even worse. When I brought it back for the 3rd time in three days, he told me the following: I did not understand "road crown" in Taylor, MI (I live in Chicago and SF), I did not know how to "set the wheel," I didn't understand torque steer (on a 1.4 liter), I did not know how to manage a car (I'm 43 and have had 12 of varying engines, transmissions, countries of origin and front, rear and all wheel drive) and finally, I must not know how to drive.

It has been in their shop 8 out of the 14 days I have owned it. They admit their is now known repair. I also drove 3 other models of Encores, all of which steered the same way.

Chevy recalled their Trax, the same car, for control arms; Buick will not. Right now, there is no resolution, just lies. Avoid this dealership and all Encores.

GM refuses to refund or exchange the car; however, they admit they have no "near term" fix for it. They recommended I "get used to it." Steer clear of the dealership and car.
