This was my first Buick and will be my last. Almost immediately after buying this brand new car, I noticed a sputtering sound coming from the engine whenever I touched the gas. It reminded me of the sound an old Model T or Stanley Steamer might make. I took the car to the dealer where I bought it and was told by a service advisor that it was basically my fault for buying a car with a turbo engine. She said she owned a Mercedes with a turbo and it did the same annoying thing. I then contacted GM customer service and spoke several times with them but got nowhere. My dad was an engineer with Chevrolet for 25 years and I was always loyal to Chevy until buying this Buick. I had always heard Buicks were a "step up" from Chevrolet but now I know better. I should've kept my Equinox.
