No use of vehicle until fixed, as the spring and sealing plate detach and are inside the fuel filler area so you can't get gasoline into car. This could have been a disaster as I was leaving town when discovered. This car has few miles on it and should NOT have broken parts. You have to replace the full neck assembly as it is all one part and can not just re-attach spring and sealing plate. With such low miles I feel Buick should reimburse me for expense.
