The contact owns a 2017 Buick Envision. The contact stated while driving 70 MPH, there was an abnormal sound coming from the windshield and the windshield shattered. The contact called the insurance company to get a list of places to repair the vehicle and provided an estimate for the repair. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
