The 9 Speed Variable Transmission is a problem and there should be an investigation, because it is a safety issue. Loss of acceleration on the road and it is like your in Neutral because of a defect. From the 1st Day that I drove the car home, there was a 'Service Transmission Soon' message or you may not be able to drive car.
Both Valve Bodies were changed and now after removing the Transmission, the Service Tech found a bad part. Waiting for the unknown part to arrive and get the transmission back in the vehicle. If this doesn't work, I will protest for a new transmission. The vehicle was purchased October 2021 and is @ 14, 660 miles now.
It has been in the Dealership for over 1 week. There are other Buick models with the same issue.
Update from Sep 12, 2023: The Dealer took the Transmission apart and reported that there was "nicked" O-Ring Seal that was the problem. Will pick up vehicle and hopefully it works as it should. Dealer said that there is an "adaptive" computer that regulates the transmission, so give it time to acclimate. There may be some "jerkiness" but it will go away, the more I drive. We shall see................
