Purchase with 20 miles listed from dealer 2023 Envision. Approximately 1 month after purchase, a flapping noise noted to the passenger side between front and rear door. Only occurs over 65 mph on highway. Took to dealer for inspection-??said it was my car tag-?? NO IT IS STILL OCCURRING! Need help in finding this problem.
