Ever since I bought this pile of crap, it's been a nightmare. Buick should be ashamed of producing this fairly expensive junk, I've read too many horror stories about these locks. It's a safety issue, the door will not open from inside or outside. I tried with the door locks, but nothing, from disconnecting the battery to leaving the car alone for a while. I feel this car to be very unsafe.
