The contact owns a 2010 Buick Lacrosse. While driving he noticed that the side mirrors have a large blind spot. Also the seat belt connector latch was located too low inside of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealership where the contact was informed that the problems could not be serviced. The current and failure mileages were 400.
