The contact owns a 2010 Buick Lacrosse. The contact was driving 40 mph with the heated seats activated when the seat overheated and burned the contact. The contact sought medical attention for the burns and the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where they were unable to diagnose the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but offered no assistance. The failure mileage was 3,500 and the current mileage was 5,000. Updated 8/29/11 updated 09/21/11
