LaCrosse CXL V6

The trunk lid goes up anytime it wants, even when being driven. Or if I go to the garage the trunk lid will be ajar, I close it and sometimes it stays and sometimes it pops right back open. I need to have this solved as quickly as possible. Please let me know how to solve this.
