2010 Buick Lacrosse bought 02/10. Started hearing loud pop with turning ignition month after buying car. Taken to dealer 4 times but problem still exists. Now I hear it with ignition off (within 15 minutes of stopping car) and while driving. Dealer has replaced starter unit but did not help. GM rep and service manager state now the problem is "normal". hmmmm, why did they replace the starter then...I have never heard this loud pop in any other car I have ever driven or ridden in before, so I don't buy this. I wonder if this is what the Toyota people told the people with the brake issues!!! do not buy GM!!! maybe the quality has gotten a little bit better but their service and willingness to take care of their customers still sucks...
