On 1/22/2020 when I was driving down the road my stabilitrac light came on causing my car to slow down to 25 mph. Wouldn't go faster than that..I took the battery cables off for about 20 min. And the stabilitrac light came off so I drove the care home and right before I got home it came on again. Also in 1/20/2020 my left headlight. Does not work. I put a knew light bulb on and it worked for a few days and it went out again.

While driving or sitting all the instrument panel/dash and headlight/daytime driving lights intermittently either flash off and on or shut off for several seconds and come back on. This problem has built up over time and the radio has also started to also intermittently turn off and on conjunction with all the lighting. This seems to occur when ever there is some kind of quick draw of electrical power, such as braking, downshifting of transmission to accelerate, turning on defrosters, or simply while driving. This power loss also affects the cruise control and when power loss occurs it will disengage. This disturbingly occurs while driving at night and power loss to instrument panel/dash and headlight leaves me in complete darkness for several moments at time. I have not idea how fast I'm going of if the road is still in front of me. I notice an issue with the previous body style of Lacrosse but not mine. If the battery is disconnected for several hours some thing or some program is reset and the issue will stop for roughly two weeks and then start back up, but so far the issue seems to intensify up restarting after the battery is disconnected. The drivetrain is not affected by the power loss and will continue to operate during the illumination and instrumentation loss. The issue does seem to repeat more frequently when in town with the constant acceleration and braking. On the interstate the issue will occurs intermittently while cruising and when accelerating or braking and if some device is activated such as defrosters, turn signals, or air conditioning. With the intermittent and so far short nature of the power loss, I'm not able to ascertain if any other systems are being affected as of yet. The problem resembles alternator or battery failure, but both were replaced at the onset over a year ago. Videos of the cluster are available but too large to attach.

The contact owns a 2010 Buick Lacrosse. The contact stated that the inner connectors had been prematurely burning and created a short with the lighting fixture. As a result, the driver side head lamp assembly failed to work. The dealer repaired the connector in August of 2014, but the failure recurred. The dealer stated that the contact would need to schedule a repair and that there was no manufacturer recall to cover the repair. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and provided no immediate solution. The failure mileage was not available.

I was driving on the freeway this morning doing about 60mph in traffic and all of a sudden my car lost power. The dash or the dic went completely blank, but not before all of the chimes, and the caution alerts appearing and then I started to loose speed. Fortunately I was able to pull off to the side of the freeway. At that point I put the car in park after a minute I restarted it and continued to drive to work. This same incident occurred back in November of 2014. Coincidently I was on the freeway then too. But when I called the dealership back in November when this first happened they informed me that there was nothing that they could do unless I was able to recreate the issue. But of course I can't recreate the issue and now four months later it's happening again. I don't understand why there has not been a recall for this. Especially considering I have read other complaints for the same reason.

We have had the vehicle since 10/16/2012 and just recently noticed the problem. Our left headlight will go out. The only way we noticed this was when we drove up to a store and noticed the reflection in the glass. We had the 2010 Buick serviced last week and mentioned it to the serviceman; he said he found nothing.. I heard approx 2 weeks ago on T.V. that the (---?--2009) Buick Lacrosse head light or lights would go out. Should this include 2010 also.since our lights are on continuously, this happens day or night.
