LaCrosse LX 4 cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 105,000 miles

This is f*king it with Buick. I am desperate, frustrated, pissed off, with this car.

A week ago the transmission started slipping. I took it in at 105000 miles for a check up. Well... this is what I found out. One of my transmission lines broke. Fking Really? how did this happened? I asked. All they said was.... " well it has 105000 miles. As it supposed to brake after 100000. I told the girl, Look I got a 1963 Lincoln parked in my driveway and ask me if the fking transmission lines have broken!! I can't fking believe it I said.

I asked how much this will cost me, she said with out a worry, about 7000 dollars. I told her are you nuts. I can get a good used car with 7000 dollars. She said well it is a new car, and I said well why the fk keeps breaking and having problems with it if it is a new car?? She stayed quiet. I went to the shop to get a closer look, my car was lifted in the air and I saw a trail of oil all over the undercarriage and I asked the mechanic what is this? He said it is the oil, this hose must have a few months leaking? I went what?? I have been bringing you this car for service since I bought it and you did not have the decency to tell me that my car was leaking oil?? I told him I hate Parkway GM, you guys do not know how to keep customers.

I went and talked to the manager, I argued with him which was in vain. I was pissed and feeling unable to do anything. I am sad with GM. I thought their name and products had gotten better but it seems that they are still the same sht. I will not buy a GM product. I am done with GM. I am going back to Toyota and Lexus. They will never get close on quality to them.
