There are blind spots on right and left windshield. Also when the temperature is below freezing the heated mirrors and rear windshield do not defrost until the vehicle is totally warm and driven 50km.

The contact owns a 2010 Buick Lacrosse. The contact stated that the rear window defroster failed. The dealer disconnected the battery and rebooted the computer which was only a temporary fix. The contact took the vehicle back to the dealer where it was being held and checked for possible electrical problems. The current and failure mileages were 2,558.
