Within a few weeks of buying this car the driver's seat began creaking, very loudly, when I lean back in the seat of turn a corner. While it's not a safety issue it is certainly not what one would expect from a car this expensive. The dealer has tired 4 times to fix this issue and has been unsuccessful. They have tried to say that I'm doing something "wrong" with the seat. I'm not "big" and don't do anything in the seat that it wasn't built for. Yet another disappointing experience with Buick customer service. It's too bad, the LaCrosse is a really nice car; but the issues I've had will ensure it's my last one.
