I live in NY state where the weather gets freezing cold. I purposely purchase the washer fluid rated for -40. On many, many occasions, I have had to get off the highway because I cannot use my wipers--the washer fluid will not come out. Syracuse uses salt on the roads, and this builds up from road spray. I NEED my wiper fluid to function! This car has been one problem after another. If I had to report every time this occurred, I will be here all year. This happens any time the temperature gets to 20 degrees or less.
