The hood began to open while the car was being driven. The car has been in the shop 7 times and General Motors sent out an engineer to look at the problem. I think G, M, should have notified your Agency after the car had been in the shop that many times. My mother is 77, my father is 83 ( us army re-tired E-9 ) and I am looking for help from your Agency on their behalf.
