This is a serious problem and GM/Buick knows it. There's a video on the internet that shows exactly how GM failed in making sure wind noise doesn't affect bluetooth operation. For a $40k vehicle to not have hands free operation of the phone, this is unacceptable and I will never purchase another GM product again. It's back to Lexus for me and I was a fool for thinking GM products had improved. Not really upset about the problem itself. The lying from the dealership as though nothing is wrong and they're never encountered this problem is what upsets me. Spoke directly to GM as well which was a waste of time. Stand behind your product or stop selling cars. Period.
