Random hard braking occurs at highway speeds with Adaptive Cruise Control engaged. No vehicles or other objects in roadway which would trigger brake engagement. Appears to be random, no common cause observed at this point. Only occurs when Adaptive Cruise Control is engaged. According to information on the internet the radar is behind the grill badge, I checked badge condition and it was clean as well as all bumper and front surfaces of the vehicle.
