Windshield wipers occsaionally fail to operate at low speed or single swipe mode due to wiper sticking on windshield and motor horsepower/torque insufficient to break "seal."

While driving vehicle, tried to shift from one gear to the next, lost 3rd and 4th gears, lost power. Had to stop and rest vehicle before starting again, going about 80 mph.
