Consumer is concerned with the intake manifold gasket has been replaced on two occasions. When doing intake manifold gasket repair for the second time the technician noticed that the right front (and maybe the left) outer tie rod end was loose and needed to be replaced. The tie rod was first replaced when the vehicle only had 18959 miles on it.

There were other consumers with the same problem. The dealer suggested that the problem was due to poor design. There was also an oil leak possibly from the oil pan.
