The contact owns a 2004 Buick Lesabre. The contact stated that while driving 50 mph, there was a burning odor in the vehicle. Two hours later, the contact discovered a burned hole on the rear of the front driver's seat. The vehicle was then taken to an authorized dealer where the vehicle was diagnosed as the wires from the heated seat warmer being faulty. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and the current mileage was 120,000. Updated 4/2/12 the consumer stated the vehicle has been repaired. 04/16/12

The failure and current mileage was 63,000. Updated 05/04/11 the vehicle was taken to the dealer. However, they refused to inspect the vehicle without the consumer first paying a non-refundable charge of $55 to $100.
