Did some research about problem with Buick doors, and this has been ongoing for several years. I know another person who has the same problem. There is no way to get out of the car if you have an accident, fire, etc. One gentlemen reported he had an accident and had to be extricated by jaws of life only because there is not way to get the door once it fails. Reported to GM as I feel this is very dangerous. They do nothing to rectify the problem.
