Problems : a short circuit on the printed circuit board for the washer fluid heater, overheating the ground circuit board. May cause other electrical features malfunction, create an odor or cause smoke increasing the risk of fire. 2. hwfs harness. Considerable melting has occurred around the hwfs fluid chamber. Possible for the heater washers module to ignite and a fire may occur. 3.on 3 occasions the key has locked out of the run position and caused loss of power, power-steering, and power breaking; increasing the risk of a vehicle crash. I have contacted Buick about this. They stated there are no recalls on my vehicle. Customer complaint number is 8-2700897169. General service number 1-866-608-8080. I drive as little as possible because of the factors. 1st recall # 08V441000 recall date 08/28/2008. Componet: Electrical system on all 3 issues. 2. recall date 06/24/2010 recall #10V240000. 3. recall number is 14V355000 recall date 06/23/2014. Buick states these are not issues with my car but all these issues have occurred by me. These incidents for some reason these all happened while the vehicle was stopped at a traffic light, fixing to stop, or starting from a low rate of speed.

Veh while driving just cuts off for no reason, speed does not matter. If going fast enough you might be able to cost to the shoulder of the road however there is absolutely no warning it just cuts off. After waiting about 5 minutes you can restart the car but have no assurance that it will keep going. This has happened a total of three times. Once in heavy traffic, and twice when there was enough speed to get the car to the shoulder of the road. The first time was the camshaft sensor and had that replaced and the service man told me there was absolutely no warning for failure. The second and third time no warning but have not found out what the cause S of this problem was. I contacted Buick and there has been no recall for this problem. Got on a Buick forum and found that there are several instances of this happening to other Buick Lucerne's. it is very dangerous for this problem especially when you have not warning of sudden stops. Buick needs to look into this and pursue this with diligence before there is a car pile up on a freeway. Thanks
