I bought the car used this month. I noticed the torque steer on the test drive but I thought it would be an easy fix, like new tie rods or ball joints. The dealer said everything was tight with no worn parts. They balanced and rotated the tires and played with the air pressure but it didn't fix it. I don't think they know what to do.
On a two lane road running between 50 to 70 mph, I can point the car straight ahead and steer the car without moving the wheel. When I give it the gas it gently turns right then I take my foot off the gas and it turns back left . On a deserted road with no traffic I can go from the right side to the left side and back again, it's like doing very gentle S turns with out turning the steering wheel..
