GM needs to resolve this issue, the fuse box is under the rear seat and the fuel pump relay is being offset by the rear seat brackets causing electrical arcs causing the fuel pump relay to melt. replacing the relay is a temporary solution if you put the rear seat back in. Modifications to the seat hinge and finding a new relay that is not as tall as the OEM part is the only solution. GM Engineers need to get their asses smoked! they make big money and still can't design a vehicle worth a sh*t! This is a common problem... There is a reason why there have been thousands of these sold!!! $400 unless you can find it at a deal! Chinese parts made for pennies and sold for booku American dollars, love you long time, you come back for more and more!!!!

Replaced the fuel pump in 2015 , $600 due to a weird sound. Then 1-04-2017 the buick stranded me 70 miles from home ... towed it to the dealership .. fuse box melted costing me $600 all out of warranty. After reading all the complaints on these two issues on top that both problems are related to each other I called Buicks. recall hotline. No recalls no reimbursement no nothing just another complaint paper in there file. Not right ! I was always told you can't go wrong buying a buick , guess again.

This is the very worst car I have ever owned. It is a piece of shi#. The burglar alarm goes off unexpected and no one is even near it. The keys might be in the house or far away from it. The air leveler is not working. We ride around with back jacked up like some young people jack up their vehicles to look cool. We are too old for that and it sure gives a bumpy ride HELP HELP HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! I've spent lots of money on repairs for this piece of crap and wish I had bought a real car!!!!!!
