It does not matter if tank is full or empty fuel backs up in neck, and will shut out onto whomever is standing in front of gas nozzle. Dealer replaced fuel filler neck. Was replaced immediately after fuel filler neck needed replacing again. Consumer feels there is a manufacturer's defect.
