2004 Park Avenue headlights are designed with a non-adjustable fixed angle between high and low beams. As a result the consumer has poor visibility while driving at night.

Certified ltr re defective headlights on a 2004 Park Avenue, requests a defective investigation and a refund. The high and light beam lights are made as a single fixed unit not allowing the service representatives to adjust either, independent of the other.
