When new, it shifted hard. Took three times to dealer, every time the diagnosis was "operates according to specifications". I simply could not agree - but there was no solution through the dealer. I bought extended warranty - just to be sure. Sure indeed at about 75,000 miles started acting harder and harder. Dealer agreed transmission needed to be replaced. Sure glad that I had purchased the extended warranty.
