Blow out of tire on interstate 90 in madison at 70 mph. Sidewall of tire disintegrated. Nearly lost control. Tire was a general altimax hp, size 255/60-17 on a 2004 Buick renier.. tire had approximately 30000 miles. And had been rotated and balanced.
