Over the past several months when I come out in the morning to leave for work, my Rainier won't start until I tap on the circuit breakers and fuses near the battery. Once I get it started it usually restarts for the rest of the day. Lately, the engine stops running like turning off the ignition while I am driving down the road. Same work-around, I raise the hood (after pushing my truck through traffic to safe shoulder) and take the cover off of the fuse/relay panel near the battery and pound on it and wiggle the wire harness and then it starts up again.
I have removed the circuit panel and cleaned all of the contracts, I have tested all of relays and swapped them out, I have replaced some of the fuses (thinking there might be a hairline break that I cannot see). Please help.
