Pulse wiper switch was replaced before recall 97V017000, when recall notice came consumer had repair done again, but the problem still exists.

Windshield wipers would activate intermittently, obstructing the view of the driver. A recall has been issued on the vehicle make and model. However, this vehicle was not included due to VIN. Switch has been replaced at the owner's expense.
