The ignition gets stuck and it's hard to get it out. Takes about 20 min to get it out sometimes just leave it in the car. I live in phoenix and it's hot out here my mother is yelling at me sorry. So please can you do something to help me. Also the part is like 100.oo dollars and my mom is on a fixed income thank you.

The contact owns a 2000 Buick Regal. The contact stated that the key became lodged in the ignition. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic. The technician diagnosed that the fuel pump was defective and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 100 and the current mileage was 125,000.

While driving my 2000 Buick Regal I turned on the turn signal and the instrument panel lights flashed and the engine turned off. This resulted in lost of power steering and power brakes and I had to fight the car to the side of the road. This happened a total of three times.
