Okay so I have a Buick Regal cxl, I had started noticing when setting the e-brake I would have to pull up on the button 4 times, and even then sometimes it wouldn't set. Well, one day I had thought it had set, me and my son had got out to walk in front of it as it was parked in the driveway. He was two years old, he had wound up walking in between when I started noticing it and had pushed him out of the way. It pinned my legs between it and my Dodge. Again I had the problem happen - this time it had pinned him and his arm in between van and buick, and other time I was in a mall area shopping center and it hadn't set and hit the yellow thing in parking spot. I finally just said well screw it, we will put something behind wheels, lift it off the ground, no more movement so no more children or self are injured.

Be the look out for this to happen, it is scary.
