problem #1

Regal 4 cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 120,000 miles

Just purchased car in the winter time. Drove perfect and instantly fell in love with it. Summer time arrives and I get this vibration and thought I needed new rotors. Took to Pep Boys they gladly put rotors on it and test drove when it was cool outside. $300 Two weeks later same problem occurred when the weather was hot. Took it back to Pep Boys and they cut down the rotors again. A week later problem occurred again. This time took to dealership. They took the rotors down again and gave me a new braking switch. $700 Well that hasn't fixed the problem at all. scheduled another visit to the dealership. This problem only occurs when it is hot outside and that is generally all the time since I am in the Las Vegas area. If I knew this was going to be a problem I would not have bought this car. Otherwise I love the car but It doesn't like hot weather.
