Rendezvous Cxlplus 3.8L

Its doing it again and dominion is hesitant to replace it again when it fixed my problem the first time. Right now they said they would, and then the manager says if this doesn't fix it then what do we do, and I told him he's the mechanic, u tell me, its in warranty. I want my car fixed.
