The contact owns a 2007 Buick Rendezvous. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the battery warning light illuminated intermittently.
Intermittently the vehicle would not start even when jumped with battery cables and fuel pump fuse replaced. The vehicle was taken to a Buick certified service station, attached to Buick dealership where the technician diagnosed that the alternator failed. The alternator was replaced. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 108,000 and the current mileage 108,300. The same problem with the vehicle failing to start is recurring and replacing the alternator, fuel pump and battery did not fix the problem. Currently remains undiagnosed.
