: the contact stated while traveling various speeds, the child safety seat's harness buckle was easily unbuckled by the contact's child. The contact notified the place where the safety seat was purchased, who suggested that the NHTSA be contacted. The child safety seat manufacturer was contacted who expressed that there were similar complaints about this issue, and offered to send a replacement harness buckle. The contact expressed concern that the child could easily unlatch the harness buckle, which may pose a safety risk in the event of a collision.
