H11 low-beam headlight bulb connector corroded repeatedly and plastic partially melted, causing poor electrical connection and intermittent on-off functioning-nonfunctioning of the driver side (only driver side, passenger side seems ok) headlamp's low-beam bulb (high beam bulbs don't have that issue).
