I was getting ready to leave to go to the store and started my car only to see my odometer screen say service power steering. I turned the car off and restarted it when the message did not come back on. I took it to my dealer to schedule an appointment and he said it may be the steering control module. I bought the extended warranty on the car and was hoping if someone could tell me if this is covered. I'm afraid to drive it and don't want to have an accident. I've been reading other post on here and see I'm not the only one having a problem with the steering on my 2013 Buick Verano. Did Buick have a recall with this problem? I doubt if my dealer would tell me if I asked. I've owned many Buick's in my life thinking they are safe cars. But this problem scares me to death.
