Verano ES 2.4L I4

Bought an "almost new" 2013 Verano, GM Certified, from a Dealer. Test drove on a smooth road and all seemed fine. However, when I drove home, on uneven country roads, there was a continual "knocking" sound from the front and rear suspension. Took it back to the Buick dealer and the mechanic said "the Verano is a cheap car, based on the Cruze, and all those suspensions knock, because the shock-absorbers hit the shock-towers and there is no solution." Needless to say I was "shocked" by his response, but noticed that there was a PSB # 12-03-08-001 for this problem on the Cruze, but I can't find one (TSB) for the Verano. I drove a 2014 Verano with higher mileage (50K) and that had the same problem, so surely there are many owners with the same complaint?? Any answers or solutions appreciated. Thanks-Stillrollin
