My 2014 Buick Ver is so LOUD when the fan come on .. I have to turn my car off at a drive through window it soooo loud i cant hear but the dealers said to me it normal and no its not running hot HELP!!!!! WHAT DO I NEED TO DO? IT HAVE TO BE A RECALL
